I had this model for about a year before the spine broke and that was mostly my mistake for leaving it on an odd position for a few weeks in storage. One I got it out the top weigh was too much for that joint to handle. I would just suggest that if you want to store it keep it in a sitting position and not a standing one I would definitely be buying a replacement
