I also ordered the 6.5 attachment but received the 7.5 So realistic my dog barks at it thinking it is real. I do plan on ordering another doll ... but shorter due to the weight. The screw on attachments are difficult, but not impossible, to deal with, especially the 4" flaccid. I wish all dolls came with the " snap on " type attachments.
